Products that have been used extensively, damaged by improper handling, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We may request photos of the item in order to assess the issue and provide the most appropriate solution, which may include:

Late or Missing Refunds
